CANCELLATION POLICY

I politely request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service. No shows will be charged 75% of the booked service. Please note that all card transactions will include a 2.5% processing fee. This policy is in place because last minute cancellations and no shows prevent me from filling those spots and result in lost costs on products and time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Note: I do make exceptions for emergencies, sickness, & unforeseen circumstances within reason. Please reach out so we can find a solution together!
